The Challenge
Delicias Markets is a full Latin grocery with a restaurant, bakery, tortillería, and carnicería under one roof, but its online presence told only a small part of that story. There was no active TikTok account, and content leaned toward individual dishes rather than the whole store.
The Strategy
The shift was from restaurant-style food content to showing Delicias for what it actually is: a complete grocery destination. Process videos showed products being made and prepared, promos highlighted deals and the full store, and every post was bilingual from day one, with Spanish-leading captions and English below.
The Breakout Moment
One promo video reached 151,810 views across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Without it, the other 27 pieces still total 211,632 views, so the account’s reach did not depend on a single hit.
The Results
